Our Partners
Healthy Hampshire relies on strong and varied partnerships to ensure the sustainability of our work. We bring together a variety of municipal departments—such as health departments, planning departments, and councils on aging—to work on collective strategies that support the health of all residents of our communities. We also work with healthcare providers, community-based organizations, technical assistance providers, and residents to strengthen feedback loops between our community members and the organizations that exist to meet their needs. With these partnerships in place, Healthy Hampshire is able to promote collaboration around best practices for reducing chronic disease while creating a shared vision around community health outcomes.
